    • ¼ cup green peas
    • 6–8 curry leaves
    • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 cups water
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • Fresh coriander leaves

    Step-by-Step Recipe

    Step 1: Oats roast karo

    • Pan me oats daal kar low flame par 2–3 min dry roast karo
    • Light golden ho jaaye to side me rakh do

    Step 2: Tadka banao

    • Pan me oil heat karo
    • Mustard seeds + cumin seeds daalo
    • Jab crackle ho jaye to curry leaves daalo

    Step 3: Vegetables bhuno

    • Onion aur green chilli daalo
    • Light pink hone tak sauté karo
    • Ab carrot aur peas add karo
    • 2–3 min cook karo

    Step 4: Masala + water

    • Turmeric aur salt daalo
    • 2 cups water add karo
    • Medium flame par boil aane do

    Step 5: Oats add karo

    • Roasted oats daalo
    • Low flame par 2–3 min stir karo
    • Thick aur soft ho jaye to gas band

    Step 6: Final touch

    • Lemon juice + coriander add karo
    • Mix karo aur serve karo
