- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 green chilli (chopped)
- 1 carrot (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup green peas
- 6–8 curry leaves
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh coriander leaves
Step-by-Step Recipe
Step 1: Oats roast karo
- Pan me oats daal kar low flame par 2–3 min dry roast karo
- Light golden ho jaaye to side me rakh do
Step 2: Tadka banao
- Pan me oil heat karo
- Mustard seeds + cumin seeds daalo
- Jab crackle ho jaye to curry leaves daalo
Step 3: Vegetables bhuno
- Onion aur green chilli daalo
- Light pink hone tak sauté karo
- Ab carrot aur peas add karo
- 2–3 min cook karo
Step 4: Masala + water
- Turmeric aur salt daalo
- 2 cups water add karo
- Medium flame par boil aane do
Step 5: Oats add karo
- Roasted oats daalo
- Low flame par 2–3 min stir karo
- Thick aur soft ho jaye to gas band
Step 6: Final touch
- Lemon juice + coriander add karo
- Mix karo aur serve karo
